CI status (maintainer triage): the Build on `39312b92d` finished with a single failure, `rocketmq-connector-it (11)`: `RocketMqIT` - `MQClientException CODE:17 No topic route info in name server for topic: test_topic_source`, the known broker double-identity race (tracking fix #12115, still open/unmerged). Diff is limited to `TaskExecutionService.java`/its test - zero overlap with `connector-rocketmq`. Unrelated to this PR.
