@davidzollo @nzw921rx +1 from my side for a maintainer look — summarizing the current state so you don't have to dig through the whole thread. Status as of head `169864a0be9`: fork CI run `33731860742` completed cleanly (79 succeeded / 10 skipped / 0 failed / 0 cancelled), the apache-side `Build` check rolls up `SUCCESS`, and `mergeable_state` is `blocked` only on the pending review gate, not a conflict (branch is `diverged` from `dev` by the usual long-review-cycle drift, `ahead_by=49`/`behind_by=231`, nothing CI-relevant there). @SEZ9 and I both did full re-reviews on this head with no open blockers; the only carryover is a low-severity, non-blocking cosmetic item (`SparkStarter.SPARK_35_STARTER_JAR_NAME` and the shell script's `APP_JAR_NAME` duplicating the same literal, fine as a fast-follow).
