Pushed d796232d after syncing dev. Runtime and dry-run now share dependency scheduling, repeated output IDs cannot release joins early, and supported omitted-input/default binding is preserved. Added regressions checking actual graph edges, schemas, legacy action indices and cycles. All 83 focused tests and scoped module verification passed on both Java 8 and 11.
