Resolved the dev conflict without dropping either migration note. F1-F7 remain covered by the shared scheduler, one-time waiter removal, and core/client/dry-run regressions. The legacy getOutputId mutation remains the explicitly deferred follow-up; I will track it separately rather than expand this scheduler change. The previous-head dead-link failure was the shared RDS documentation URL. Pushed in d8045271fcf6.
