@davidzollo this one is ready whenever you have a moment, if you are happy to take it. It has two approvals, @DanielLeens on 09-14 and again after the latest commit, and @SEZ9 on 09-22 after his three findings were addressed. CI is green on the current head `af865a73a`. The four failures on the previous attempt were all environmental and cleared on a rerun with no code change: a `429` from Maven Central that stopped the wrapper downloading at all, `TaskExecutionServiceTest` (tracked in #12394), `PayPalClientTest` (tracked in #12381), and an SSL handshake failure during the paimon job's setup. None of them reached this diff. The change itself is three files in `seatunnel-transforms-v2` and no behaviour change: `NumericFunction.java` is byte-identical to `dev` once comments are stripped, and the other two are test additions. It is 8 commits behind `dev` and still shows as mergeable.
