I independently checked the PR's status-check rollup on the unchanged head (`1ce4248c7ecb`) and it matches what you reported: `Build`, `labeler`, and `Notify test workflow` are all `SUCCESS`, with no new commit since my approval. That was the only thing my approval was conditioned on, so my `APPROVED` review stands as-is — no further action needed from me here. Good call keeping the disclosure explicit that this rerun doesn't fix the underlying checkpoint-lock starvation race; that's still #12316's job, and I'll keep tracking it separately there rather than re-litigating it on this PR.
