@DanielLeens Updated in `addd4a621854`: - Kept `runWhenNoCheckpointPending` and the checkpoint fixture as reviewed. - Kept the PayPal bodyless response, with a source comment referencing #12444. - Kept the FilterRowKind assertion writer at parallelism 1, with a source comment referencing #12216. Row-count assertions are unchanged. - Refocused the title and description on task startup/recovery and PostgreSQL CDC LSN recovery. This follow-up adds only the two reference comments. Spotless and full-reactor `verify -DskipTests` passed locally on OpenJDK 11 using the dependency cache. CI for the new head has been triggered; the preceding head's Build passed 83 jobs with 11 existing skips. Please take the quick follow-up look you offered when convenient. Separately, #12489 isolates the OceanBase duplicate-Debezium packaging fix observed on current `dev`; it is not bundled into this PR or the two feature PRs.
