Thanks @nzw921rx for submitting the STIP, and @goutamadwant for offering to help. The STIP and its linked implementation PR are under review. This issue stays in proposal/design-review state until the YARN-first, one-job/one-application v1 contract is accepted and the implementation is narrowed to that contract with CI and source-level review complete. Kubernetes stays in the design comparison only for v1. @goutamadwant, the most useful place to plug in right now is reviewing the STIP, especially the lifecycle/cleanup semantics and the test plan.
