**F6 (single-transform self-cycle in dry-run)** — yes, it hard-fails the same way as runtime. `DryRunConnectValidator.scheduleTransforms` (`:224-230`) is a thin wrapper that calls `TransformDependencyScheduler.scheduleTransforms` directly and translates `JobDefineCheckException` into `ConfigCheckException`; there's no separate dry-run cycle-detection path. Test: `ConfigParserUtilTest.testSingleExplicitSelfCycleCannotUseLegacyFallback` asserts an explicit `plugin_input=self, plugin_output=self` throws `JobDefineCheckException` containing `self -> self` even as the only transform in the job; the dry-run mirror is `SeaTunnelConfValidateCommandTest.testConnectDryRunRejectsSingleExplicitSelfCycle`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
