**F7 (docs/upgrade note)** — already landed, not deferred. `docs/en/introduction/concepts/incompatible-changes.md` (and the `zh` mirror) has a `### Transform Dependency Resolution` entry under `## dev` (added in the `d796232d2954` round, unchanged since) describing the new fail-fast behavior for unresolved inputs and self-cycles, the retained single-transform/terminal-omitted-input fallbacks, and tagging `(#12079)`.
