Classification: E / Transform-V2 locale-independent internal-token normalization. Yes, please open a separate tracking issue now, but keep the guard out of #12618. Current `dev` still has the eleven listed locale-sensitive conversions, and #12618 is the focused correction for them; its four Turkish-locale regressions cover the five paths that are reachable today. The user-requested casing in `FieldRenameTransform` and `TableRenameTransform` remains a different semantic contract and is correctly out of scope. The follow-up issue should first enumerate internal-token matching sites that require a fixed locale, preserve intentional user-data casing operations, and define how an intentional exception is documented. Please do not add a Checkstyle/forbidden-apis dependency or a broad regex gate before that scope and the existing baseline are reviewed. Implementation should start only after #12495 and #12618 land, so the guard evaluates the post-fix baseline rather than blocking the two fixes themselves. #12618 remains open and its Build is currently red in the aggregate check, so neither this issue nor the follow-up is fixed in `dev` yet. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
