Thanks @CodeWithPravinMaske. A short CI update, because my last review
listed three failing jobs on head `2ca0489fa9`.

The fork run `38211935642` has now completed (attempt 2). After your re-run,
the Postgres job `updated-modules-integration-test-part-2 (11)` passed, which
supports the timing-flake reading, and `mysql-cdc-connector-it` is still green.
The only remaining failures are `elasticsearch-connector-it` (Java 11 and 17),
which come from `dev` and are tracked in #12711, not from this diff. So no
further re-run of the Postgres job is needed, and the apache-side `Build` check
stays red only because of those Elasticsearch lanes.

My conclusion is otherwise unchanged: no code-side blocker, and this should
land after #12597 as you agreed. A committer with write access is still needed
for the approval.
