Thanks @SEZ9; that matches my current conclusion. The named JobStateCleanupDelayTest setup/port error and cancelled connector shard remain the concrete CI gates. Current dev still has no verified matching startup fix, so sync alone is not an established cure. Please use only the affected failed/cancelled jobs for the retry, then inspect any repeat startup log. My existing source clearance is unchanged; unrelated lineage edits are unnecessary.
