Interesting question. I found a way to move stuff _up_ (by putting
into /www/www.apache.org/dist/jakarta-repository on www.apache.org)
but not away. I would also recommend against it (even though it itches
me, too), because these jars are referenced in many projects and it's
not expected that they all disappear (e.g. the released turbine-2.3
references a snapshot and it would upset many people trying to build
the 2.3 from source if the referenced snapshot suddently disappears).
