file.toURI().toString() is not the way to go.
The reason is simple. It does not work.
I don't know why. So I think we should use
ParseUtil.encode(..) which does work and decide
which characters to include as special ones.
I did this and it works (last time I said this I was wrong
because a jar did not get updated ..)
But now I'm home so I will
submit it tomorrow. Anyway there is nothing to it so mario can
probably make the fix right away. But the list of
special characters needs still to be addressed.
I think at least {'#', ' '}
