In the case of the Israeli stuff not really. They've got a specific problem that doesn't really need a full blown service project to address. Specifically we appear to suffer from a lack of Israeli editors able to write to the Israeli government asking what the Israeli government's position is on overseas copyrights on government works is. On paper Wikimedia Israel would be ideally suited for the task. -- geni
