I'd encourage putting any stuff into the committer repository so you can parasite on the infrastructure to allow everybody to pitch in who cares to and just publish the results to the planetapache thang.

If it helps, feel free to stick someplace in krell, or not :-). If you don't want to use perl in krell just, that's cool; I think we already have some Java. I'd love to see a 'project' that uses 7-12 different languages ;-)
