For some projects, the barriers to entry at the ASF are too high.  I
can live with that.

For some projects, the barriers to entry at the ASF are too low.  I
can live with that too.

I hope that projects that are a perfect match to the ASF find a good
home here.  I hope that the projects which are not a good match to the
ASF find what they need.
