Alright I stand corrected on one aspect of this, but 850Mhz (specficied power) is double the output power of 1900Mhz and is used extensively in rural areas. Any future version of Neo will need 850/1900 for North America. And as stated earlier, these countries also use 850Mhz:
Antigua, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvadore, Grenada, Guam, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Montserrat, Nicaragua, Northern Mariana Islands, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, United States, Venzuela. It's crazy that 850 is disabled, crazier that it's called quad band. -- Doug _______________________________________________ OpenMoko community mailing list community@lists.openmoko.org http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community
