I just learned of this emerging movement, "Slow Food"-- seems pretty
interesting, and very much in line with the philosophies I think many of
us as community gardeners share of food as an important cultural,
community-building, and "growing" experience. The web site in the US is
www.slowfoodusa.org.
Anyone out there already involved with this movement? I'd be interested
in knowing more about how it's playing out in local communities...
