I don't feel a farm (urban or rural) has to have livestock or poultry.  Urban 
Agriculture is a continuum of growing in urban areas that includes backyard, 
community gardening, non-profit organizations -- and each of these can be 
either for personal use or for market -- to for-profit production level growing.
