Hi Paul, That's exactly what I'm looking for, actually. We're looking into the feasibility of launching a project like this. If anyone has done it before, I'd like to hear about it. I am working on presenting a solid case to my employer, so that she could make a convincing presentation to the funder.
We won't have any findings to share unless we get the funding to pilot the idea. Bethann P.S. We're located in Quebec, so there's definitely elements of cultural and bilingual literacy at work, too.
