My apologies, I wasn't exactly sure what information to provide to be
help.  I ended up fixing the problem by just rebuilding the project
from scratch and dropping the old source code in the new project.  It
was long overdue any to clean up some of the mess I had created over
time.  I wish I knew what the root cause was.

Thanks again for the timely responses, I appreciate the activate group
as it has been very beneficial in solving problems.
