iCab on a Q650 didn't have any problems beating out IE-something on a P2/266 laptop running Win98 last time I tested it :) But yeah, an SE is going to be *really* slow. Actually, since LocalTalk is 230KBps, it's probably plenty fast to allow for e-mail and FTP traffic (the SCSI-to-Ethernet adapters aren't much faster, since the ceiling on the SE's SCSI is about 1.2MBps).
