As Marten commented, any Mac running System 6 should have no problems getting an internet connection. I briefly managed to get a Mac 512K running System 4.1/Finder 5.5 to telnet (ie a native IP connection) through a LocalTalk to ethernet router to a Unix server. It would just about work long enough to start elm or lynx on the Unix server before keeling over. I'll return to that project one day but I don't think 512K of RAM is enough for a system, IP stack and a telnet application. Phil -- Compact Macs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/>.
