I have the article and will pass it to the lady friend who has the scanner.

Please tell up that you have made your best effort to get permission, and 
perhaps an original - read editable text - rather than a scan, from the 
MacWorld folks. They still do the MacWorld Expo. and might well trade 
permission for a link.
