Any idea what causes this? I have seen it on other computers and on

I wish I knew what causes it. I would really like to be able to use my Mac
512k. Someone here has *GOT* to know. Does this mean that I have some
unresolvable hardware issues at work?

Eagle, did you ever find a work around or solution to this problem?

I never found a solution, and my only workaround has been to use a different version of Mac OS.
