Yes, that's the dream, and not sure if it can be met for all interested 
parties, just that I think the first step is to get things laid out on the 
table so folks at least understand what the requirement are and to see if 
they can meet them.

I think there's a lot of misinterpetation, not only on your part, or anyone 
else, just that we don't have all folks on the same page at this time so it's 
not even clear what the requirements are.
