I guess it just goes to show speedtests and raw throughput are
not a measure of internet quality.

Not sure where you're going with that, but the bottom line
is that a one minute speed test isn't the whole picture.

Sustained throughput (I'm not sure I got that term right) is
the proper measure.  But you get the idea, right?

Try downloading a really big file, I'm talking gigs of data.

If your speed varies all over the place, over time, it's not good.

If it's solid, well, that's good.
