Not every business needs to cover all the costs right away. Sometimes business invest for the future to get the technology or infrastructure and recoup those costs over a year or three.
I understand that. Maybe I should suspend my dividend (which has never happened) or go into debt (which has never happened). My shareholders would, literally, kill me.
