If you are running XP, it should be C:\ Documents and Settings\<username>\Favorites. For Vista, it's C:\Users\<username>\Favorites. (Actually, in Vista you can just type "Favorites" in the Windows Explorer address bar--I don't remember if this works in XP.) Or you can use one of the other methods that were mentioned in the replies. It might be easiest to use Import and Export (under the File menu) in Internet Explorer.
