Non, c'est un bug connu, il faut installer ncompress puis ça marche...
C'est sur MandrakeForum :
Anyone trying to install Jbuilder on their fresh Mandrake 8 box needs to be
aware that it will not work until they install the ncompress package (the
Jbuilder install will fail without giving any helpful details to you).
