But if the extracted copy from X is a big data dump, it can be very hard to enter it in Y. Think of a blog provider (e.g., Posterous). All the data entered was "just text." After using it for years, unless they extract your data in a correct, interoperable format (e.g. RSS) then you can't really enter it in Y again. So maybe we should change the paragraph. I think the right to migrate might be too much to ask from a provider.
