No, service placement policies are currently not implemented. This really is something which should be sitting outside of EOS (and CDS), should monitor both and push down selection decisions. The reason for that is that the policy you are describing is simple, but the problem domain is quite huge -- because right next request in this area is to provide service load balancing :-) Regards, Robert
