Hi I've just installed Mandrake 8.0 PPC on a new iBook G3 but no matter what I do I cannot get the thing to boot into Linux. The iBook has a 20 gig HD. The first partition has Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X on it, then theres the 1MB Bootstrap partition, then "/" "Swap" and "/home". I've tried entering setenv boot-device hd:10,\\:tbxi but the machine simply boots back into OS 9 or X.
