   To be honest, I don't know.  I've just recently graduated from
freshman newbie to sophmore.   I thought I remember'd with Mdk 6.0
and NS 4.61, when I ugraded to 4.7, using '--replacepkgs' was
recommended (?) on this, the 'expert', or the 'newbie' list.
