[Cooker] rpm and spec

[WH Bouterse]

I got the spec rpm installed alright with
latest 2/28 version from cooker, the
earlier one refused to obey ....

Still gave the "does not appear to be an rpm" 
but installed anyway!?

The rpm -Uvh rpm* following got the
rpm-3.0.4-0.4mdk group installed afterwards but...

"cannot remove /usr/lib/rpm directory no empty"
I get these now and them with other rpm -Uvh 
but had not seen it with rpm upgrade before.

"No worries?" or did I goof it!?
