A lot of users will be confused for 10 minutes if you move their "Word" icon somewhere else on the screen. It will be 30 minutes if you delete that icon. It will take another 10 minutes of your time to train them how to use the Start button to launch Word from the menus. At that point, they tell the office they are a power user and offer to fix other people's computers when they have a problem. It's ok to laugh, but it's true. Blue skies...
