Mmm, isn't this missing the fixes and adjustments I made in 2.1.13-1mdk, 2.1.13-2mdk and buchan made in 2.1.13-3mdk? (note that patch11 should be no longer needed with 2.1.14):
I think it would be great to add the mailbox auto creation patch as well!
