Hi,

Just to give my impression on this software.
First, i tried bittorrentlaunchmany.py
It did launch the 3 isos with only one command, great:)
But it didn't seem to download that well.
Having read about the ul/dl ratio and resume possibilities, I did the following :
* stopped them all,
* shut down p2p apps,
* tried the version with a gui to restart them.

It finally downloaded fullspeed, until my isp changed my ip (like it does everyday).
After that, it slowed down for a while.

Well, indeed that software could be better.
It sometimes uses only third or half of my upload possibilities, with all the rest shut down.
But the rest of the time it really rocks !
And it also misses a complete GUI, or maybe a startup script that could help sharing files after a reboot...
Finally, is there a doc about how to use bittorrent in the mdk wiki (sorry i haven't thought to check before) ?

By the way, it could be nice to add the mime type installed with bittorrent :)

Indeed, that seems to be slower than rsync or ftp, but you don't have to search for a good server .
And that kind of distribution of beta / rc / release isos is a real good test for the soft.

Yes, of course !!!
I want to help distribute the isos then i'll have to keep the download process opened 'till I install the RC and then hope bittorrent works in the RC to keep sharing...

Guillaume.
