Yep, I have to confirm that - just got burned with many others trying to
install it on IRIX. It just and plainly does not work on that platform
and the OpenSSH people do not know why :-(

BTW: do the updates which were posted yesterday for Mandrake contain
backported patches from 3.7 or 3.7.1 already ? There were few other
similar bugs fixed in 3.7.1 and I do not recall seing a second update of
SSH packages today.
