Actually this is very bad thing to do. You should use at least 3 servers in that case (if one is giving wrong time, the others will correct it).
Moreover, do not put the ucla.edu machine in the wiki, they will not be happy about that - imagine thousands of machines pounding on the server, because clueless newbies copy-pasted your wiki entry. I think Linksys made a similar goof with one of their routers recently.
