I've recompiled with ACPI and the above patch. With ACPI without patch the
problem remains the same. With patch it looks much better - system does
not turns on when I just touch the mouse. Still, if I move mouse long
enough, it is switched on. I'm completely at loss. I even updated BIOS
without any help.

Anyway, it is already better than it was, so I'd really like to use ACPI
...
