Doesn't say much. But doesn't say it was built on a new mozilla
tarball either. Are you telling me that it would say so if it was?
Gleaning information based on making assumptions of how things would
be if some unknown were true when it is even unknown if that unknown
actually is true is not a very reliable of determining the status of
the unknown. In other words making assumptions based on a lack of
positive information is bad. Hence why I asked the question instead
of making assumptions based on information (or lack thereof) in the
changelog.
