I also looked at the Passport agreement: http://www.passport.com/Consumer/TermsOfUse.asp It would seem that they have clarified their assertation of ownership of your data to "feedback" (MICROSOFT'S RIGHT TO USE FEEDBACK OR SUGGESTIONS YOU SUBMIT) only.
