It seems that the pci entries list two similar things: tulip_cb : Xircom|Cardbus Ethernet 10/100 [NOT_DEFINED] xircom_cb : Xircom|Cardbus Ethernet + 56k Modem [NOT_DEFINED] Do you know by any mean, which one of these two items are supposed to be the ethernet device? I may even add both but I'm wondering if these two modules would not conflict.
