this has been discussed zillions of times ... 

if we add the -h or -H option this will make some users happy but this
will screw some other configurations ... so we've chosen not to add those
option sas default. 

Why should a common user that uses a dhcp client for the Internet
connexion use the same options as some other one that has a special
configuration within a lan with a dhcp server ?
