I think the patch doesn't make the processor idle not used, just that when two processors want 100% of CPU (load of 2), the nice'd to 19 gets only 1%. Of course when the CPU is free, a nice'd process can get it up to 100%. -- Guillaume Cottenceau - http://people.mandrakesoft.com/~gc/
