The idea is if you install this you *want* that. BUT, if you don't, it also is very careful to not get in your way. If you set something else as default, it won't override it. If you just delete that gtkrc it puts in place (to disable this being the default) then upgrade the package, it *won't* put it back. (Here I'm talking about the old version before fcrozat ruined it.
