WW Grilled Dijon Chicken - 4 Points

Recipe By : WW, 5 INGREDIENT - 15 MINUTE

 

1 tablespoon  brown sugar

2 tablespoons dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

vegetable cooking spray

4 4-ounce skinned -- boned chicken breast halves

 

Combine first 3 ingredients. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill 
over medium-hot coals (350? to 400?). Place chicken on rack, and brush

with half of mustard mixture. Grill, covered, 5 minutes; turn chicken, and 
brush with remaining mustard mixture. Cover and grill 5 additional minutes or

until chicken is done.

 

Yield: 4 servings.
